L.A.-Area Women Needed For Breast Study
The Foundation is looking for 30 Los Angeles-area women who are between 35 and 55 years of age and who are at high risk for getting breast cancer to take part in a study of a new nipple fluid dipstick test. The dipstick reacts to biomarkers that may be present in breast fluid. It might one day be used to identify which women are at increased risk of getting breast cancer.

To take part in this study, you need to be able to express fluid from your nipple. The dipstick test doesn't hurt and takes only a few minutes. Volunteers will be compensated $50 for their time. If you think you qualify please call Gemma Cabrera at (310) 828-0060 Ext. 32 or send her an email.
